LA muscle Norateen Heavyweight II

Like many i wondered if the myth of Norateen was infact a reality. So i decided to try it out.

Not suprisingly I managed to find them cheaper on other websites just have a look around and you'll find a bargain!!

I managed to buy 3 tubs of 180 pills for £115 so around £38 each

My plan :

1 course of LA Muscle Norateen Heavyweight II stacked with thermobol and progain.

Aim:

To reduce body fat and increase muscle mass

Date started: 27/12/08

Weight: 72kg (158.73lbs)
Body Fat %: 12%


Just to get the stuff into my system I doubled the Dosage for the first 3 days as i do with most the supplements I take. I reccomend this as you really feel the Norateen kicking in!!

During the first week i felt a huge amount of enthusiasm in the gym, phycologically or due to the Norateen i'm not too sure, but definetly i felt a change and thats all that matters.

First week my weight and body fat didnt really change at all, however i felt much more dedicated to the gym and focused when there. My reps had increased mildy, but week 2 was what i was looking to.

Week Two: 03/01/09

Let go new years eve!!!But still focused for the next week.

Monday had an Arms and back session with 30 mins cardio to start, definetly felt the drive to keep pushing and increased my reps on average by around 3-4 and managed to add an extra set at the top of my lat pulldowns!!

Feeling really good by the end of the week, arms and chest are feeling pumped and looking more toned generally. Abs are feeling tighter. The daily cardio ads to the general feeling of a leaner fitter self.

Third week:
Went really well, kept at my new rep No. and added and extra set to arms. Increased the intensity of my abs workout, high reps no weight. Six pack now, has an awesome variety of upper/lower and side abs workouts.

Overall at the end of the week I felt incredible!!! And final some results

Weight: 72Kg
Body Fat %: 10%

!!!!!!!!! Weight has stayed pretty steady but i put that down to an increased muscle mass. But look at the % body fat!!! However to be perfectly honest i think its only half down to the norateen, just cardio alone for two weeks would show similar results.

Week 4:

Last week! actually feeling the most focus of the course so far, Managed to yet again increase my reps by 2-3. And increased my curls by 10Kg now since the start now curling 45kg comfortably.

Stomach has definetly become more toned, quite happy with that, im going to keep up the same exercises. Core strength is awesome now!!!

% fat: 9%

After the 4 weeks i can't record any negative effects of the norateen, however i'm not fully convinced that the norateen has had much to do with my results.

Although i do believe that the the Norateen did give me a drive and the motivation to push myself. Like i have stated before, i'm not sure if thats just psychological or an actual effect of the pills. Certainly the price you pay for them makes you determined to get some sort of results especially in the first week.

Conclusion:

Price: 3/5
Over priced for what they are.

Effectiveness: 3/5
Cannot deny that i have seen very positive results, notconvinced the Norateen hadto much to do with them.

The thermabol and the progain i believe are safe products if your new to supplements, but as we all know, Maximuscle are over priced because they 'run the market'. So more serious guys, you know what works for you!! But thermobol is a good fat loss product!




Just thought i'd add some of my diet in as a guide, because i strongly believe that a healthy balanced high protein diet is a must when looking to build any sort of muscle.


Breakfast:
Porridge, with minimal honey to sweeten things up
Progain shake

Norateen 2 pills

Lunch:
2 tins of tuna and an apple
thermobol
Norateen 2 pills

Dinner:
Chicken pasta + side salad

Supper:
Progain shake + thermobol
Norateen 2 pills
